Andy Lambrecht
Senior Managing Partner
Andy Lambrecht is Senior Managing Partner of iVestra Capital Partners and has been investing in single family houses and multi-family apartments for five years. With a large network of investors and advisors, coupled with a background managing technology businesses, Andy has the ability to structure creative real estate and business transactions. Andy is a 20 year resident of Austin and has been a Texas resident for 30 years. Andy also has a 30+ year career in high tech working for Fortune 500 companies such as Texas Instruments and AMD as well as startups such as SigmaTel. Managing businesses in excess of $150 Million, Andy’s experience structuring creative technology partnerships provides experience which can help structure creative real estate and business transactions. Andy has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
